This is regarding our family holiday to Singapore , from 13 Apr – 17 Apr 2012. First of all let me congratulate and thanks life line vacations in general, and Ms.Vipasha Vats in particular , for making our trip a memorable one. Initially , I was very apprehensive that there might be some kind of hidden charges about which we might learn on reaching Singapore. But let me admit , that everything was as mentioned in the terms and condition. Transfer between hotel and airport was smooth and comfortable one. Checking – in the hotel was also hassle free. Location of Hotel “Summer View” at Bencoolen street was very convenient due to its close proximity ( 5 minutes walk)to MRT station Bugis from where one can travel in any direction. Near to the hotel was the famous Bugis Street which is famous for street shopping. Also ,at walkable distance was Little India and Mustaffa Shopping centre . In another direction one could walk to the famous Orchard Street. We had opted to check out various attractions on our own and this could be possible due to convenient location of the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was satisfactory and staff was very friendly and helpful. In conclusion , I once again thanks Ms. Vipasha for providing us the best possible assistance to make our trip a superb one. However ,I have a few suggestions to make : 1) Depending upon the location of hotel and arrival / departure timing , client may be suggested to check-out some attractions that start at a particular time .For example ” fountain of wealth” at the sun tec city has a laser-show in the evening. Or one can go to the Merlion park if there is some free time. This is to make optimum use of time rather than wasting time for shopping. 2) Clients may be suggested different tours to cover attractions of their choice rather than suggesting them the same stereo- typed tours.
